THE CHALLENGE

Emergency Room volume has seen a dramatic decrease since COVID-19 hit. People are fearful about COVID-19 and do not want to come into Steward community hospitals for fear of exposure to the virus. 

THE INSIGHT

Individuals who have been in accidents or are experiencing trauma may be hesitant about going to the hospital for fear of exposure to COVID-19.

THE SOLUTION

Emergencies don’t wait, so neither should you. Our campaign highlighted a common behavior where people are trying to self-diagnose and treat themselves from home. We showed that this is no substitute for a medical professional, and showcased all the ways Steward hospital is safe and ready to care for you.
